We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel, which fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre were a highlight, both providing exceptional service and a relaxing retreat. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were also impressive, with a great selection of food and drinks.
We did experience one minor issue in the room, with the coffee/tea facilities running out of supplies. Despite this, the staff were quick to rectify the situation and provide us with fresh amenities.

I did notice that the language barrier at the hotel could be improved, as some staff members struggled to communicate in English.

Over Easter weekend, I had a great time at a hotel situated in a scenic area with picturesque views. the staff were friendly and helpful, facilitating a peaceful stay. I especially appreciated the variety of cuisines and the option to rent bikes during my visit.
Despite the delightful scenery and helpful staff, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. the room was not as clean as I expected, and the spa area was not well-maintained.
